## Description

Join the M&S Café team in Pudsey as a Christmas Customer Assistant, working in a fast-paced environment to deliver five-star service. You'll be a brand ambassador, making food and drink recommendations while ensuring the café runs smoothly.

**Work Pattern:**

- Sunday: 12:00 - 16:00

- Monday: 14:00 - 18:00

- Tuesday: 11:00 - 15:00

- Thursday: 11:00 - 15:00

- Friday: 13:00 - 17:00

Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide warm, five-star service while handling pace and pressure

- Make great food and drink recommendations

- Operate efficiently, maintaining food safety standards and managing orders and queues

- Work digitally, using tools to take and fulfil orders quickly

- Support colleagues and contribute to a high-performance culture

- Adapt quickly and work flexibly where needed
