## Description

We are seeking an Enquiry Advisor to join our National Enquiry Centre at Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford. As an Enquiry Advisor, you will provide telephone, email, and web support to our patients, delivering a seamless and positive customer experience.

The National Enquiry Centre is open from 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 2pm Weekends. For this part-time role, you will be expected to work core hours of 1:30pm to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility to cover other shift times and occasional weekends.

As an Enquiry Advisor, you will:

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via telephone, email, and web chat

- Respond to patient enquiries in a timely and efficient manner

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
