## Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised intern to support our AI initiative. As an intern, you will contribute to the organisational conception and further development of the AI initiative.

Responsibilities:

- Support the organisational design and continuous development of the AI initiative

- Help organise and structure the AI initiative to ensure efficient and targeted implementation

- Collaborate across departments on the organisation and execution of working meetings

- Assist in maintaining a SharePoint page as an information and exchange platform

- Support the creation of presentations and committee templates in German and English

Requirements:

- Currently studying engineering, computer science, physics, or a related field

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office

- Very good knowledge of MS 365 applications such as Teams, CoPilot, Outlook, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Very good English language skills; German language skills are an advantage

- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as independent working style

- Motivated to work in a team with helpful and friendly colleagues, demonstrating excellent communication skills and service orientation

Additional Information:

- Valid matriculation at a university or college (or alternatively, you are in a GAP year)

- Start date: October 2026

- Duration: 6 months

- Working hours: 35 hours/week

- Valid residence permit with work permit required
