## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Front-End Developer to join our dynamic and entrepreneurial options trading team. As a Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for building intuitive, high-performance dashboards and tools, working closely with quants & traders to deliver best-in-class applications.

Key responsibilities include:

- Building and developing UIs using React and TypeScript, designing and implementing front-end applications such as trading dashboards, risk and monitoring tools, and research interfaces.

- Owning the end-to-end UX standards for key tools, collaborating directly with traders, and quants to translate workflows into clean, intuitive interfaces and interaction patterns.

- Developing and maintaining rich, interactive data visualisations and tables, with a focus on clarity, usability, and performance.

- Harmonising existing tools by standardising and consolidating existing internal web tools into a cohesive, consistent, and maintainable UI ecosystem, reducing friction and context-switching for end-users.

The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency with React and TypeScript, including component-based architecture, state management, and modern front-end tooling. They will also have demonstrated ability to design and implement clean, user-friendly interfaces and workflows, with attention to usability and visual clarity.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience building data-heavy UIs using advanced grid and charting components such as AG Grid and AM5 Charts, and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and browser performance.
