## Description

The AI/ML Engineering team at ClickHouse builds and operates AI and machine learning products end-to-end. They are looking for highly skilled and experienced software engineers to join them.

The role involves designing, building, and operating products that make ClickHouse the platform of choice for agents and data scientists. You will be responsible for:

- Feature Development: Designing and implementing AI-powered features across the full stack

- API Architecture: Creating robust, scalable APIs that connect ClickHouse's database capabilities with modern AI/ML inference systems

- Ecosystem Integrations: Implementing and maintaining integrations with the broader AI/ML ecosystem and standards

- Technical Integration: Integrating models into production systems with proper monitoring, versioning, observability, and evaluation

- Oncall: Participating in the daytime oncall rotation

- UI/UX Implementation: Building responsive, intuitive user interfaces

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments

- Exposure to working directly with AI/ML technologies

- A high level of ownership and ability to drive features from concept to production with minimal supervision

- Ability to thrive in collaborative environments and effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders

- Strong frontend skills with TypeScript/JavaScript and React

Nice to have:

- Experience integrating and deploying AI/ML models in production systems

- Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

- Understanding of database systems and data processing pipelines

- Experience building data-oriented interfaces and visualizations
