**Job Summary** You'll work in a fast-paced environment, using your skills and talents to serve and care for patients and customers. You'll be responsible for managing assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks, ensuring all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patients' and customers' needs in a friendly and caring manner

- Demonstrate attention and focus, concentrating on tasks over a period of time without distraction

- Utilize mathematical reasoning to solve problems, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription

- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing

- Resolve problems and make sound judgments when faced with complex situations

**Requirements**

- Must be at least 18 years of age

- Licensure requirements vary by state

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

**Physical Demands**

- Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods

- Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks

- Picking, pinching, typing, or working primarily with fingers

- Extending hands and arms in any direction

- Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 30 lbs

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting

- Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician

- PTCB National Certification
