## Description

We are seeking a Senior Requirement Engineer to join our Mortgage Core Service team in Frankfurt. As a Senior Requirement Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing business processes, extracting relevant requirements, and documenting them in system-specific functional specifications.

**Your Responsibilities**

- Analyse business processes and extract relevant requirements for use in various lending areas

- Create reliable requirement documentation, potentially leading a team of Requirement Engineers

- Model workflows, processes, and system procedures

- Support implementation projects, including testing phases and defect management

- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business areas and service centre units, to agree and prioritise requirements

- Work closely with the Indian team in Pune

**Requirements**

- Extensive experience in functional analysis and design, including modelling techniques

- Ability to evaluate complexity and dependencies of requirements

- Good understanding of IT systems, interfaces, and architectures

- Experience in leading teams and excellent communication and analytical skills

- Proficiency in German and English, with experience using MS Office and modelling tools

- Knowledge of the credit environment and experience with AI are desirable
