## Description

Electronic Arts is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to join the EA SPORTS™ FC Gameplay Advanced Team. The team focuses on making meaningful innovations in team strategy, AI, player animation, and player interactions.

The successful candidate will work on building a generative system to produce poses at runtime. Key responsibilities include:

- Developing and maintaining a complete animation data pipeline for ML training

- Building stress tests to validate model robustness and performance

- Gathering and analyzing live deployment data to optimize model performance

- Gathering, annotating, and synthesizing training data using EA FC mocap and real-world volumetric data

- Sharing results through shipping features, presentations, and interactive demonstrations

The ideal candidate will have:

- A BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field

- Proficiency in Python

- 2+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning projects

- Experience with 3D animation, 3D transformations, and linear algebra

- Familiarity with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow

Nice to have:

- Experience optimizing ML models for real-time environments

- Experience with ML applications in the game/entertainment domain

- Familiarity with 3D animation tools and game engines
