## Description

We are seeking a Product Manager, SMB Growth to join our team at Perplexity. The successful candidate will own the SMB design partner program end to end, recruit and onboard design partners, build and iterate on Computer's first-party skill packs, turn partner feedback into a prioritized roadmap, drive case studies, and drive usage expansion for our existing base of SMB operators.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and writing skills, the ability to envision innovative technology, and a willingness to reimagine work to be more efficient and creative. Ideal candidates combine product intuition with analytical rigor.

Responsibilities:

- Own the SMB design partner program end to end

- Recruit and onboard design partners

- Build and iterate on Computer's first-party skill packs

- Turn partner feedback into a prioritized roadmap of skill, connector, and capability improvements

- Drive case studies end to end with partnerships, product, and growth marketing

- Drive usage expansion for our existing base of SMB operators

Qualifications:

- 2–4 years of total work experience with a strong academic record

- 2 years in investment banking, strategy consulting, or a comparable high-intensity analytical role, followed by some operating experience

- Experience running or working closely alongside real marketing workflows

- Comfortable with SQL and able to pull own cohorts, validate own segments, and read a dashboard

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:

- Founder or early employee at a DTC or e-commerce brand, a performance marketing agency, or a marketing technology company

- Direct experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, or similar operator tools

- Experience in a forward-deployed, solutions, or customer-facing product role

Compensation:

- $230K – $330K • Offers Equity
