## Description

The Counter Manager is responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Charlotte Tilbury brand in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Counter Manager will demonstrate the 5 P's: Professional, Proactive, Passionate, Prescriptive, and Potential, and reflect the brand values and customer base.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities:**

- **Sales**: Drive financial results in-store to meet and exceed plan, including Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as Average Unit Sales (AUS) and Items Per Transaction (IPT).

- **Customer Service**: Manage customer queries, build partnerships with the Account Executive and Area Trainer, and provide exceptional customer service.

- **Team Management**: Anticipate staffing needs, determine individual and team sales targets, and analyze business performance.

- **Operations**: Ensure the counter is 'customer ready', maintain inventory levels, control store expenses, and implement visual merchandising.

- **Store and Retail Partner Relationships**: Establish cooperative relationships with the store retail operations team and suggest win-win opportunities to drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead by example on personal KPI goals and communicate agreed goals with staff.

- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.

- Promote the Tilbury Touch to the team and customers.

- Create and maintain an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism, and creativity.
