## Job Overview

As a Sales Manager at Wolt, you will drive commercial growth across retail segments by acquiring new partners and building strategic relationships with key merchants.

## Responsibilities

You will own the full sales cycle, from identifying potential partners to negotiating terms and closing deals, with direct responsibility for achieving your individual sales targets.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets;

- Building and managing a strong pipeline of potential partners in your assigned territory;

- Developing deep market knowledge across various verticals and identifying key 'must-have' partners for Wolt;

- Building strong, trust-based relationships with decision makers;

- Managing the full sales process, from first contact through contract signing and partner go-live;

- Driving continuous business development by identifying innovative solutions that create value for both Wolt and our partners.

## Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales; experience in retail is a plus;

- Motivated by targets and results, but also a strong team player;

- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset;

- Organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and report on sales KPIs;

- Excellent communication skills;

- Fluency in English and the local language;

- Valid category B driver's license;
