## Description

Diageo is looking for a Project Manager to join their Global Business Operations team. As a Project Manager, you will be an individual contributor with in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in your discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. You will act as a resource for other team members, lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements, and solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions.

The Global Business Operations team delivers essential services that support Diageo's day-to-day performance, from finance to operations and beyond. This is a truly global environment, where collaboration across time zones and cultures is part of everyday life.

As a Project Manager, you will gain exposure to different markets, build skills for the future, and develop a broad understanding of how a business operates at scale.

**Responsibilities:**

- Lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements

- Act as a resource for other team members

- Solve complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions

- Exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

- Impact achievement of activities within your team and other related teams

- Confidently explain complex, difficult, and/or sensitive information

- Work to build consensus
