## Description

We are seeking an Auto Racing School Coordinator to join our team at the Automobile Club de l'Ouest. As a coordinator, you will be responsible for organising and ensuring the smooth running of racing school activities.

You will report to the Head of Racing Schools and play a key role in delivering the services sold by the ACO racing schools. Your tasks will include:

- Organising training sessions and ensuring they run smoothly

- Coordinating BtoC and BtoB driving sessions, including launching the day and overall coordination

- Arranging human and material resources in advance of training sessions, including planning instructors and cars, and checking space availability

- Managing relationships with the mechanical department to ensure maintenance of the racing fleet

- Supervising the aesthetic preparation team

- Ensuring that services match those sold and that procedures are followed

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Previous experience in managing driving sessions and as a driving instructor

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Ability to work as part of a team, including with temporary staff

- Capacity to work under pressure and find solutions to complex problems quickly

- Proficiency in office software

- Valid driving licence (Category B)

- Knowledge of English is desirable
