## Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist I to join our Outpatient Pediatrics team at Atrium Health Stanly. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting. Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating patients, developing care plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans

- Provide direct therapy services to patients, including modalities, procedures, and exercise programs

- Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans

- Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff

- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and Rehab Techs/Aides as required

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy

- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

- Pediatric physical therapy experience preferred

**Work Environment:**

- Flexible hours, with clinic hours from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm

- Ability to lift patients, equipment, or supplies up to 50 pounds

- Frequent sitting, standing, and walking required
