## Description

We're looking for an HR Business Partner to help us scale our people strategy and strengthen our teams. This role involves owning the full employee journey, partnering with managers to grow strong teams, building and improving HR processes, using data and HR analytics to shape strategies, and being the go-to person for employees on policies and personal growth.

Responsibilities:

- Own the full employee journey: onboarding, performance, learning, engagement, retention, offboarding

- Partner with managers to grow strong, high-performing teams and support a culture of ownership and excellence

- Build and improve HR processes , from idea to launch , ensuring they are scalable and effective

- Use data and HR analytics to shape strategies and measure impact

- Be the go-to person for employees on policies, processes, and personal growth

Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience in HR, Operations, or People Management roles

- A hands-on builder mentality: you enjoy creating and improving, not just maintaining

- Data-driven mindset , confident with spreadsheets, metrics, and analysis

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- English level B2+
