## Description

We are seeking a Resident Marketing Executive to join our team. You will support the creation of clear, accurate, and accessible resident publications, reports, and mandatory mailings.

The successful candidate will have proven experience producing resident or customer-facing publications that improve understanding and engagement. Strong copywriting skills, the ability to simplify complex information, and a solid grasp of accessibility and inclusion standards are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating resident publications, reports, and mailings that meet regulatory standards

- Supporting the wider communications team to keep processes running smoothly

- Coordinating content from multiple stakeholders and managing external suppliers

- Delivering high-quality outputs on time and within budget while ensuring GDPR compliance

- Using feedback and performance data to refine and improve communications

Requirements:

- Proven experience producing resident or customer-facing publications

- Strong copywriting skills

- Ability to simplify complex information

- Solid grasp of accessibility and inclusion standards

- Experience across both print management and digital channels

- Highly organised and detail-driven with excellent time management skills

Benefits:

- Salary: £37,854 to £47,319 per annum pro rata

- 36 hours per week – flexible options considered

- Secondment / Fixed Term Contract until November 2027
