## Description

We're looking for a Product Manager to reimagine our onboarding process using AI. You'll own the full funnel from signup through sustained engagement, dramatically improving how users find success with Airtable. You'll lead AI-powered personalization across setup, in-product guidance, and re-engagement, and partner with teams across the org to ship cohesive, adaptive experiences.

You'll need 4-8 years of product management experience, with meaningful time owning activation, onboarding, or retention. You should be customer-obsessed, a full-lifecycle thinker, and rigorous about measurement. You'll also need to be ambitious and pragmatic, able to hold a big vision and break it into credible, testable increments.
