## Description

We are seeking a General Manager to lead our Soho House property in Istanbul, ensuring operational efficiency, exceptional member and guest experiences, and optimal profit. As a General Manager, you will be an influential leader and strategic business partner, responsible for day-to-day staff management, driving sales and retention, and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assess business objectives and deliver an elevated, approachable, and profitable experience

- Provide weekly and daily reports on the economic and operational state of the business

- Ensure adherence to company policies, food safety regulations, and health and safety standards

- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive effective processes and implement innovative opportunities

- Guide and develop policies, procedures, and systems to improve business operations and service

- Oversee local company accounts and investments

- Provide strategic leadership and support commercial targets and profitability goals

- Lead and motivate the finance team

- Partner with other leaders on marketing plans and membership strategies

**Qualifications & Experience:**

- At least 10 years of experience managing high-volume Food and Beverage operations or multi-unit operations

- Strong understanding of local and government-regulated food safety, risk prevention, and emergency procedures

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Creative and analytical thinker with strong business acumen and a focus on results and guest satisfaction

- Ability to innovate and influence others
