## Description

We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Engineering and Product Operations team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional execution across Product and Engineering, managing a high volume of beta programs across the product portfolio, and owning the analytics foundation that scales as Komodo's product footprint grows.

Key responsibilities include:

- Delivering 2+ major product programs on time, with clear milestones, exec-level visibility, and measurable outcomes.

- Building and running a scaled beta program with external partners, from recruitment through exit criteria and feedback synthesis.

- Establishing program frameworks and operating rhythms that improve execution across Product Engineering.

- Reducing execution entropy across your programs by proactively resolving cross-team dependencies and blockers.

In this role, you will partner closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and external partners to drive delivery at scale. Your impact will be felt across every product milestone Komodo ships.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have deep experience driving complex, cross-functional programs in a product engineering org, strong technical fluency, and demonstrated track record running external beta or partner programs with measurable outcomes.

Additionally, you will need to be able to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions without direct authority, have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and be comfortable with AI-assisted workflows.
