## Description

We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Lodz, Poland.

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for:

- Sourcing and selecting candidates (mass recruitment);

- Organising the full recruitment cycle (job posting, resume screening, phone interviews, interviews, job offers, and onboarding);

- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and providing feedback to candidates at all stages;

- Meeting recruitment targets and metrics;

- Maintaining records in CRM/ATS systems;

- Conducting basic training for personnel;

- Participating in the grading system.

Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment (mass recruitment is a plus);

- Understanding of adaptation processes and basic knowledge of personnel training methods;

- Familiarity with main channels for finding specialists;

- Excellent communication skills, public speaking, and negotiation skills;

- Result-oriented, flexible, and proactive with the ability to work and learn quickly;

- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
