## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Global Commodity Manager to join its Global Commodity Management Group. The successful candidate will own strategic sourcing and commodity management of Passive components, specifically MLCC in the Boards and Systems Supply Chain Group.

The Global Commodity Manager will formulate, communicate, and deliver passive commodity sourcing strategies. Key responsibilities include:

- Building cross-functional alignment with hardware engineering to identify commodity sourcing strategies

- Developing and managing supplier relationships and conducting supplier business reviews

- Negotiating Supplier Agreements and cost reduction strategies

- Delivering a supplier risk management system and BOM risk reduction solutions

- Rationalizing and optimizing the number of components and suppliers

- Enabling early supplier involvement to bring innovation to projects

- Providing complex capacity planning to support high-volume ramps

Requirements include:

- BS in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience

- 12+ years of experience in global commodity management with a proven track record in managing MLCC Supply Base

- Deep understanding of MLCC technologies, market, manufacturing process, cost drivers, and supply landscape

- Strong analytical skills, including cost modeling and supplier selection

- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills

- Ability to incorporate AI tools to improve supply chain analysis and decision-making
