Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Fashion, Home & Beauty section, where you’ll play a vital frontline role in delivering style advice and five-star service.

We’re looking for passionate, fashion-forward individuals who are ready to drive sales, grow our share in the style space, and help customers discover our most on-trend and fashionable products.

Responsibilities:

- Provide style advice and excellent customer service

- Operate in a high-demand environment, utilising digital tools to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive store environment, supporting colleagues and adapting to changing priorities

- Drive sales and grow share in the style space

Requirements:

- Digital confidence and ability to use in-store devices

- Resilience and confidence in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and up to full-time hours during peak periods
