## Description

We are seeking a Customer Assistant to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd in Leven, Fife. As a Customer Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supporting colleagues, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Provide exceptional customer service, making customers feel valued and supported

- Assist with various tasks such as filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers, and selling products

- Use digital tools to enhance customer experience and perform job tasks efficiently

- Help organize and move stock, maintain shelf tidiness, and ensure a clean work environment

- Develop product knowledge to make informed recommendations to customers

**Contract Details:**

- Part-time role with 12 contract hours per week

- Fixed-term assignment until 01/02/2027
