## Description

We are seeking a General Practitioner to join our team at Operose Health, located at Queens Road Surgery in London. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality clinical care, improve patient access and outcomes, and contribute to quality standards such as CQC.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Deliver high-quality clinical care to patients

- Work closely with clinical leads and local practice teams to support the delivery of the surgery's operational plan

- Participate in clinical governance activities and contribute to quality health outcomes through audit and the Quality and Outcomes Framework

- Provide clinical care to patients as described in the job plan and in line with the total triage model

- Adhere to the highest personal and professional standards as set out by the GMC

- Support the development, delivery, and review of the surgery action plan

**Ideal Candidate:**

- Current registration with GMC and NHS performers list

- Experienced doctor with GP accreditation (MRCGP examination or equivalent experience)

- Clear commitment to delivering quality and patient-focused services

- Sound knowledge of QOF, LCS, DES, CQUINs, and use of appropriate coding

- Ideally have a working knowledge of clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMISweb

**Package Description:**

- Annual salary of up to £112,500 depending on experience and £11,000 per session for newly qualified GPs
