## Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be responsible for maintaining all equipment and facilities, performing preventive maintenance checks and procedures as scheduled, and assisting with setup and changeovers.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**

- Adhere to all Multimatic New Haven safety practices, policies, and procedures

- Perform machine diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair

- Conduct machine installation and setup procedures

- Perform welding and fabrication as needed

- Carry out preventative maintenance procedures related to all manufacturing equipment

- Complete facility-related repairs and project work as assigned

- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily log sheets for TPMs, Control Plans, and Downtime logs

- Coordinate with supervisors and managers to obtain necessary resources

- Work independently with minimal supervision

- Possess or acquire all necessary hand tools to perform the job
