As an Executive Recruiter, you will directly shape Robinhood's trajectory by attracting, engaging, and landing visionary leaders who build the business. You will lead high-impact executive searches across various functions, partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into thoughtful talent strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with executives and hiring leaders to define leadership profiles and develop tailored search strategies

- Build and maintain relationships with high-caliber, passive executive talent

- Use search metrics and outreach data to optimize search strategies in real-time

- Create a high-touch, personalized candidate journey reflecting Robinhood's mission and values

- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders on market trends and candidate quality

- Experiment with AI-powered tools to elevate sourcing efficiency and talent discovery

Requirements:

- 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of managing complex senior-level or executive searches

- Strong executive presence and credibility

- Experience building executive talent communities or pipelines tied to long-term succession planning

- Strong research and sourcing capabilities

- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential searches

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
