## Description

BlackRock's Compliance Department is seeking a Compliance Leader to oversee the compliance program for the BlackRock Institutional Trust Company, N.A. (BTC), a trust bank regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.

The successful candidate will have broad exposure across regulatory engagement, compliance program oversight, governance, risk management, and strategic business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with the BTC Chief Compliance Officer to oversee and enhance the compliance program

- Lead engagement with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency

- Implement and enhance compliance programs, governance frameworks, policies, and procedures

- Advise business, Legal, Risk, and Compliance partners on regulatory requirements and emerging compliance risks

- Manage and develop compliance professionals

Requirements:

- Substantial experience in a legal, compliance, regulatory, or risk management role within financial services

- Significant experience with bank regulatory frameworks and entities regulated by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency

- Demonstrated ability to lead regulatory examinations and relationships, as well as complex remediation and governance initiatives

- Strong risk awareness, attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities
