**Job Responsibilities:**

For Agency Channel Positions (including Third-Level Institution Heads, Business Development, and Marketing Planning roles):

- Execute marketing services, human resource development, performance management, and new agent training to meet departmental targets.

- Organise and implement business activities for marketing channels, ensuring timely and accurate incentives and rewards, assisting in achieving business objectives.

For Backend Positions (Operational Services):

- Provide operational services to clients and marketing agents, complete tracking tasks, and conduct data analysis as needed; participate in project-driven work.

**Requirements:**

- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.

- Experience: 10+ years in finance/insurance for management roles; 3-5+ years in related fields for professional roles.

- Skills: Team collaboration, stress resistance, and goal execution abilities.
