## Description

We are seeking a Paid Search Lead to own and grow our Google Search presence in Canada. As a Google Ads expert, you will drive sustainable growth across the Google ecosystem, leveraging expertise in Search, Performance Max, and other Google products.

Responsibilities:

- Own Canada Google Search growth strategy

- Stay up-to-date with platform changes and compliance nuances

- Lead A/B and multivariate landing page testing

- Partner with design, analytics, and engineering to improve CTR, CVR, and ROAS

- Analyze competitors and market trends to identify growth opportunities

- Monitor and report on performance using Google Analytics and other tools

- Work closely with Allocation & Performance Managers and Growth Lead

- Champion a culture of testing and optimization

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and design teams

Requirements:

- 3+ years in search or paid media with hands-on experience managing Google campaigns

- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, including advanced campaign types and automation features

- Proven track record planning, executing, and interpreting landing page experiments

- Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

- Experience working in regulated industries, such as healthcare, is a plus

- Strong understanding of Canadian consumer behavior and localization

- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
