## Description

WSP is currently seeking a CEI Inspector for major long-term highway/bridge projects in the greater Orlando area. As a CEI Inspector, you will be involved in projects with our Florida Construction Management Team.

**Job Duties:**

- Monitor on-site construction activities

- Inspect materials in accordance with client's scope of services (plans, specifications, and special provisions)

- Maintain detailed accurate records of daily operations and significant events

- Prepare inspection reports (Daily Work Reports)

- Monitor and inspect the Work Zone Traffic Control (in accordance with the client's requirements)

- Transport samples to be tested in a department laboratory or appropriate facility

- Fulfill other duties as needed

- Assist the Senior Inspector in the performance of their duties

**Required Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant construction inspection experience; one (1) year of which shall have been in bridge and/or roadway construction

- Effective communication in English (verbally and in writing)

- Valid driver's license

- Adhere to WSP's Code of Conduct and related policies and procedures

- Proven track record of upholding workplace safety and ability to abide by WSP's health, safety, and drug/alcohol and harassment policies

- Pass WSP's Motor Vehicle screening

- CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level I

- CTQP Asphalt Roadway Level I

- CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspector Level I

- CTQP Pile Driving Inspection

- CTQP Drilled Shaft Inspection

- IMSA Traffic Signal Inspector Level I

- FDOT Intermediate MOT

- Nuclear Radiation Safety

- Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Program for Inspectors and Contractors
