## Description

We are seeking an experienced Grants Management Consultant to support State & Local Government implementations of Workday Grants Management solutions. The successful candidate will partner with mission-driven organisations to design, configure, and deploy solutions built for accuracy and long-term success.

The State & Local Government Consulting team works primarily with cities, counties, and states to deliver Workday Grants Management solutions that help them maximise their use of Workday. The team leads implementations end-to-end, balancing scope, milestones, and quality across a pipeline of projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Design and configure Workday Grants Management solutions

- Apply deep expertise in Workday Grants Management across customer engagements

- Partner with customers to elicit, clarify, and document business requirements

- Configure Workday Grants Management to align with customer needs and operational realities

- Document solution decisions clearly so customers can support and sustain their environment after go-live

- Support data conversion, integrations, and testing

- Drive project execution and stakeholder alignment

- Contribute to the practice and mentor others

Requirements:

- Experience (4+ years) with Grants or Financial consulting OR 4+ years of Grants operational experience in public sector institutions

- Experience (4+ years) with Workday, Lawson, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications

- Experience (4+ years) with Grants Management solutions along with one or more of the following: Accounts Receivable, Projects, Fund Accounting

- Ability to travel up to 50% based on client and project needs

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience working with public sector organisations

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - preferably in Finance or Accounting

- At least 2 full-cycle software implementations in the public sector

- Understand the reporting and compliance requirements for government-funded grants

Salary range: $140,300 USD - $210,500 USD (primary location), $133,300 USD - $236,900 USD (additional US locations)
