## Description

NVIDIA is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead Networking circuit boards and system production at their Mexico plant. This role ensures technical alignment between global engineering teams and regional manufacturing partners. Networking is crucial for NVIDIA's AI factories and cloud deployments.

As part of NVIDIA's Product Engineering group, you will enable successful new product introductions (NPI), manufacturing scalability, yield improvement, and operational excellence for networking products. You will work directly with brand-new AI infrastructure technologies and influence manufacturing success from development through high-volume production.

Your primary responsibility is to act as the on-site manufacturing technical lead for Networking products in Guadalajara, Mexico. You will work on the factory floor to improve factory preparedness, NPI execution, yield, and technical issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.

**Responsibilities:**

- Serve as primary technical liaison between NVIDIA, contract manufacturers, and suppliers for Networking products made in Mexico.

- Lead NPI readiness, factory qualification, and NPI-to-mass production transitions.

- Provide hands-on factory support for efficient NPI and mass-production builds.

- Lead root-cause analysis and technical closure of manufacturing, yield, quality, reliability, and test-related challenges.

- Analyze manufacturing data, yield trends, and reliability metrics to identify risks and drive corrective actions.

- Drive factory readiness reviews and resolution of partner concerns.

- Partner with multi-functional teams to improve design for manufacturability, process optimization, and engineering change implementation.

**Requirements:**

- Master's degree or equivalent experience in electrical engineering, mechanical development, computer engineering, production engineering, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields supporting NPI and high-volume production environments.

- Deep expertise in board and system manufacturing, including process control, yield improvement, testing, failure analysis, and factory operations.

- Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical and cross-functional manufacturing challenges.

- Excellent communication, influence, and technical leadership skills.
