## Description

We are seeking an Entry Level Procurement Agent to join our Experimental Systems Group (ESG) in Seal Beach, California. As a Procurement Agent, you will play a critical role in obtaining proposals, evaluating sources, monitoring and reporting supplier performance, and supporting sourcing strategies and negotiations.

Responsibilities:

- Obtain proposals, evaluate sources, monitor and report supplier performance

- Assist with continuous review and analysis of demand and supply

- Support sourcing strategies, negotiations, and documentation of contracts and agreements

- Gather data for supplier performance evaluation and improvement opportunities

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Requirements:

- Experience in supplier management or supply chain management

- Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Experience applying proper writing mechanics, grammar, and punctuation to reports, essays, or other detailed writings

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher

- Experience presenting to multiple levels of an organization
