## Description

As a Software Development Manager, Commerce, you will lead a team of engineers to design, build, and operate full-stack applications. You will establish a clear vision for your team and generate urgency to deliver for our customers. Your focus will be on delivering results, even if that means disrupting process or protocol. You will articulate behaviors that can grow careers and have a laser focus on delivering results.

Your team will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating consumer-facing applications. You will partner with other engineering leaders, product managers, designers, data specialists, and program managers to deliver solutions. Your experience with web services, cloud infrastructure, and system design will be essential in this role.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Clarity of thought and articulation are critical components for success in this role. You will need to be comfortable operating within an ambiguous and ever-changing environment and have a track record of leading teams to design, implement, and operate consumer-facing applications.

If you have hands-on experience building applications using Golang, AWS Cloud Infra, and/or React, experience building Machine Learning or AI applications, or a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, these will be considered as bonus points.
