## Description

Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations at Eclipse Park, Maidstone. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working across the wider store where needed.

Responsibilities:

- Stock, deliveries, and behind-the-scenes work to keep our shop floor full, clean, and ready for customers

- Use digital tools to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently

- Work flexibly across functions and support colleagues across the store

- Adapt quickly to changing demands and priorities

Requirements:

- Must be 18 years of age or older

- Digitally confident with ability to use digital tools

- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

- Part-time role, 17:15-23:30 Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Benefits:

- Competitive pay rate

- Unsocial premium of £3.00 per hour for hours worked between 22:00-06:00
