## Description

At Wasatch Property Management, Maintenance Technicians are crucial to the success of each community, providing technical expertise for apartment communities, including HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, and cosmetic enhancements.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $25.98 per hour plus quarterly bonus potential, with starting pay determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas

- Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours

- Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues

- Consistently exemplify the Wasatch brand and embody an owner's mindset

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience preferred

- Ability to operate various hand and power tools

- Experience in repairing and/or maintaining: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools

- Detail-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Superior customer service skills

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
