## Description

As a Customer Support Expert at Insify, you will ensure that customers have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

- Assist customers via email, chat, and phone;

- Continuously improve customer experience;

- Exceed customer expectations through quality service;

- Contribute to product and process improvements from a customer perspective;

Requirements:

- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written);

- Bachelor's, pre-master's, or master's student;

- Available for 24-32 hours per week;

- Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn with excellent communication skills;

- Practical and detail-oriented;

- Able to work independently and in a team;
