## Compensation

The salary range for this role is $158K - $225K per year. The actual compensation offered will depend on multiple factors, including experience, skills, and geographic location.

## How you'll make impact

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you'll design, build, and own high-performance web experiences and frontend platforms that power Growth at scale. You'll work on everything from customer-facing acquisition and conversion journeys to AI-powered internal tools, combining frontend engineering excellence with rapid experimentation and measurable business impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building scalable frontend experiences using React and TypeScript

- Developing AI-native user experiences with intuitive interfaces and workflows

- Owning end-to-end technical delivery of complex frontend applications and components

- Driving performance and experimentation to improve web performance, SEO, accessibility, and conversion

- Solving ambiguous business problems with cross-functional teams

- Elevating frontend engineering quality through thoughtful architecture and code reviews

## What we're looking for

### Essentials

- 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development practices

- Strong understanding of frontend architecture and web performance

- Proven ability to independently design and deliver complex frontend solutions

- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills

### Preferred

- Experience building growth platforms, campaign management systems, or customer-facing conversion funnels

- Experience developing AI-powered applications or agentic user experiences

- Experience with web performance optimization, A/B testing, and conversion optimization

- Experience with modern frontend ecosystems, including Next.js and server-side rendering

- Experience mentoring engineers and improving frontend engineering practices
