## Description

We are seeking a Product Manager to formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage sprint backlog, including planning, prioritization, grooming and readiness

- Collaborate with users, designers and engineers to solution features and slice work into vertical stories

- Ensure stories collectively result in useable software that meets the needs of the users

- Perform portions of reports and data analysis based on understanding of the function’s business context

- Evaluate and prioritize scope trade-offs as new work emerges

- Review development work for quality and completeness

- Facilitate effective defect management

- Communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations when required

- Contribute to product discovery work

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
