## Description

We are seeking a Practice Nurse to join our team at Carpenters Practice in Newham.

The successful candidate will be a UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience, experience in cervical cytology and baby immunisations, and a good knowledge of the quality outcomes framework.

The role involves assisting the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained, working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, and providing care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.

In return, we offer a salary of up to £48,000 depending on experience, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata, 1 week's paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, and a range of other benefits including a car benefit scheme, cycle to work scheme, travel season ticket loans, discount cards, and employee wellbeing services.

**Main Responsibilities:**

- Assist the registered manager with duties related to CQC outcomes, ensuring compliance is maintained

- Provide care for presenting patients, treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care
