## Description

Evernorth's innovation hub in India is seeking a Software Engineering Lead Analyst to work on the AI ecosystem. The role involves designing, implementing, and deploying scalable and efficient AI solutions with a focus on privacy, security, and fairness.

Key components include Angular and React JS based user interfaces, Python, and a robust set of Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) enabling a wide range of platform integration capabilities.

The ideal candidate is a technologist that brings a fresh perspective and passion to solve complex functional and technical challenges in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

**Job Responsibilities:**

- Full stack development knowledge along with production support including triage, design, coding, and implementation.

- Perform code reviews with scrum teams to approve for Production deployment.

- Establish/Improve/Maintain Proactive monitoring and management of supported assets assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity.

- Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with delivery partners and business stakeholders.

**Required Experience / Qualifications:**

- 6-8 Years of Experience with at least 3 years in Production Support role for full stack applications preferably in AI Domain.

- 2+ year experience in DevOps.

- Experience preferred in developing Gen AI Solutions and its integration with other systems.

- Experience working within the healthcare industry is desirable.

- Experience working with platform and products like Splunk, Dynatrace, OpenShift, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow.

**Skillset required:**

- Front-End Development Skills: HTML/CSS/JavaScript, React, Angular, UI/UX Design.

- Back-End Development Skills: Python, Node.js, APIs, Database Management.

- DevOps and Cloud Skills: Containerization and Orchestration, CI/CD Pipelines, Security Best Practices, Cloud Services.

- Additional Skills: Version Control, Software Development Practices.

**Education and Training Required:**

- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

**Location & Hours of Work:**

- Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India, with flexibility to work remotely as required.

- Shift Timings: 5.30 am - 2.30 pm IST, 5.30 pm - 2.30 am IST.

- Full-time position, working 45 hours per week.
