## Description

We are seeking a Physical Therapist, PRN, Outpatient to join our team at Advocate Health in North Wilkesboro, NC.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in outpatient adult general practice with lymphedema preferred. As a Physical Therapist, you will provide patient care assessment and treatment, maintain accurate patient documentation, meet department financial and productivity standards, participate in process management, promote professional development and education of other healthcare workers, supervise physical therapy and physical therapy assistant students, communicate effectively with patients, physicians, staff, and external customers, and provide appropriate patient care according to age/developmental guidelines.

Requirements:

- Licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the State of North Carolina with current licensure

- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited physical therapy school

- CPR certification required every two years

- Pediatric experience is a plus

- Outpatient adult general practice with lymphedema preferred

Responsibilities:

- Provide patient care assessment and treatment
