## Description

The Sales team at Flexport is critical to driving client success and accelerating global trade. As an Account Executive III (Farmer), you will own complex and high-opportunity client relationships in North America, spanning multiple shipping modes and trade lanes.

You will:

- Own end-to-end success for a portfolio of complex, multi-modal Flexport accounts in North America

- Lead RFP bids and renewals end-to-end

- Serve as a strategic partner to clients, identifying opportunities to unlock efficiency, reduce cost, or introduce new capabilities

- Lead high-impact business reviews that drive meaningful decisions

- Drive cross-sell and upsell across Flexport's full product suite

- Collaborate with internal teams on solutions requiring alignment and creative problem-solving

- Mentor and coach junior Account Executive teammates

You should have:

- 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or a similar client-facing role

- A proven track record of independently managing and growing a complex book of business

- Deep understanding of global trade and supply chain operations across multiple modes

- Demonstrated ability to operate without a playbook in ambiguous situations

- Strong commercial instincts and ability to develop others

- A 'compliance first' attitude
