## Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Practice Manager to join our dynamic team at Asda Pharmacy, committed to excellence in healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience and achieve exceptional levels of patient safety.

The Pharmacy Practice Manager will report to the Area Manager and will be accountable for delivering all Pharmacy-related targets and deadlines, as well as managing the store Pharmacist and Pharmacy Colleagues.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching, and developing the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient experience

- Achieving exceptional levels of patient safety

- Taking direct responsibility for the support and development of all direct reports and locums

- Maintaining high standards of professional customer service and compliance within GPhC operating standards and clinical governance

Requirements:

- Fully qualified pharmacist registered with the GPhC

- Accredited to deliver national and local services for the NHS and private healthcare

- Able to balance the role of line manager and pharmacist to deliver a safe working environment

- Experienced in comfortably challenging, confronting, and solving difficult situations
