## Description

As a Senior Engineering Manager on our Product Engineering team, you will lead and scale high-impact web pods to accelerate the delivery of customer-facing products critical to the organization's growth.

Your teams will be experts in modern web technologies (React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and will partner closely with Product, Analytics, Design, and Marketing to deliver measurable, data-driven business outcomes.

You will also be leading a small pod of mobile engineers.

This role is ideal for a strong senior technical people leader who excels in metrics-driven environments, drives clarity and urgency across teams, and amplifies impact through strong systems, processes, and talent development.

You will also play a key role in leveraging AI tools and workflows to meaningfully increase engineering velocity, experimentation speed, and innovation.

This position will be hybrid from our Bengaluru office, as part of our expanding site, with 2+ days in the office.
