## Description

As a Tier II Support Specialist at TaskUs, you will coach and mentor teammates and communicate process and policy changes to the operations team. You will become and remain knowledgeable about products and community standards. You will investigate and resolve issues that are reported, such as requests for account support and reports of potentially abusive content. You will respond to user inquiries with high-quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy. You will identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest solutions, and recognize trends and patterns, and escalate issues outside the company policy to the global team.

To qualify for this role, you need at least two years of prior operations experience in a customer experience environment, combined with sufficient tenure on the current campaign. A degree of further education or college experience is preferred. Military experience is acceptable instead of a college education.

We are looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy. You should also have a high affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region that will be supported.
