## Description

We are seeking a Technology Expert to join our team at Porsche Zentrum Hofheim. As a Technology Expert, you will make technology tangible for our customers by providing personalised advice on vehicle functions, assistance systems, and digital innovations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising customers on Porsche Connect, My Porsche, and other services

- Providing guidance on Porsche E-Performance, charging options, and charging infrastructure

- Conducting technology inductions, second deliveries, and technology-related test drives

- Supporting sales and service teams and presenting technologies at training sessions and customer events

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A completed commercial or technical education or equivalent qualification; experience in the automotive sector is an advantage

- Enthusiasm for Porsche, digital technologies, and electromobility, as well as good technical understanding

- Enjoyment of customer contact, strong communication skills, and the ability to explain complex topics simply

- Self-motivation, teamwork, confident demeanour, and willingness to undergo Porsche-specific further training

- Excellent German language skills, ideally with English language skills and a Class B driving licence
