## Description

We are seeking a Small Format Team Member to join our team at Target. As a Small Format Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, customizing each experience, and anticipating guest needs.

You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where no two days are ever the same. Your responsibilities will include:

- Creating an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience

- Greeting guests, helping them find what they need, and resolving issues

- Supporting team efforts and assisting peers in other areas

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude

- Adjusting to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience

- Working in all departments to ensure sales floor is full, zoned, and in stock for guests

- Assisting with truck unload process and stocking product to the sales floor

- Making changes to sales floor merchandise displays

- Conducting weekly price change workload and ensuring regular and promotional signing is set accurately

- Completing scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy

- Supporting execution of major transitions

- Maintaining interior and exterior brand, including emptying garbage cans and attending to restroom cleanliness

- Accurately executing all fills and organizing and storing reserve product

- Processing all inbound deliveries and completing backroom daily and weekly audits

- Operating powered equipment to move merchandise, if certified

- Maintaining backroom organization and location accuracy

- Following processes accurately with attention to detail and prioritizing tasks

- Demonstrating a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance

- Working in a safe manner and reporting hazards

- Supporting guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up

In return, you will receive a starting hourly rate of $15.50 USD per hour. You will also have access to competitive benefits, including financial, education, and well-being benefits.
