## Description

We are seeking a Supervisor, Parts & Services to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Tallapoosa, Georgia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in the storeroom, including maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) methodology and procedures.

The role involves managing contingent/contracted manpower, generating and managing daily storeroom data, and overseeing plant budgets, safety countermeasures, and line down activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an associate management or equipment service department, with a strong understanding of project management, communication, and multi-tasking skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage Storeroom manpower and calibration contractor

- Coordinate and communicate manpower schedules

- Create Storeroom Transfer Orders (STOs)

- Manage internal equipment repairs

- Manage daily audit counts and report findings to management and auditors

- Manage Tank Farm activity, including purchase orders and charge outs

- Support department with Maximo and SAP questions

- Manage P-Card transactions and reconciliation

- Develop shipping and receiving processes

**Requirements:**

- Associate degree from a technical field or equivalent work experience

- 6 years of experience in associate management or equipment service department

- Experience working with Excel and dashboarding tools preferred

- Project management skills

- Good communication skills

- Ability to multi-task
