## Description

Aramco is seeking an Executive Producer to join our King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture. The successful candidate will lead the planning, execution, and administration of the Center's annual theater program, ensuring productions, events, and activities are delivered to high artistic, operational, and financial standards.

The role involves developing strategic and operational plans, managing internal and external resources, contractors, and partners, maintaining the multi-year theater calendar and budget, leading and managing the producing team, identifying and developing opportunities for new works and artistic initiatives, overseeing production costs, revenue targets, and coordination with marketing activities, ensuring compliance with planning, scheduling, approval, and governance processes, monitoring project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining project documentation and reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree from a recognized and approved program in performing arts, arts administration, theater production, event management, or a related field, with 15 years of experience in the performing arts, entertainment, or live events industry, including at least 10 years in a senior producing or leadership role.
